Are you ready to become a beacon of hope for those facing a serious illness?
When you volunteer with Envision Hospice, you have the opportunity to make a difference in our community by offering support, companionship, and practical care to our patients. You can even use special skills in arts and crafts or music to help patients.
Our volunteers help with tasks like:
- Running errands
- Meal prep
- Sitting with a patient to provide respite for caregivers
- Reading to patients
- Helping a patient write a journal
- Being a calming and uplifting presence
As a volunteer, you’ll play a vital role in helping us accomplish our mission. Individuals who volunteer with Envision tell us that being a part of the hospice team gives them a great sense of satisfaction and joy.
Get started with Volunteering
We welcome volunteers to work both in our office and directly with patients. Volunteers who wish to work directly with patients and families must attend our comprehensive volunteer training. Volunteers who would like to help in the office or at special events will receive on-the-job orientation and training.
